Want to exchange or return a product?
You can do it quickly and easily in three steps.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after receiving the return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, together with all parts and accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery, cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to cosmetics and other hygiene products. Once the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal expires, regardless of whether the product has actually been used. This policy is in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Download the return form and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send back your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided by our support team. Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, or if the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Please note that delays at customs are beyond our control and are not a valid reason for return.

In case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product (color, size, etc.), we will cover the return costs. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report this.

Important: We do not provide return labels. Do not send back a product without prior consultation with our team. All returns must be shipped with Track & Trace. Without Track & Trace, we cannot process your refund.
